Our office hours are Monday to Friday 10 am to 8 pm
and Saturdays and Sundays from 10 am to 19 pm.
To confirm the booking, a deposit of the total rental cost (usually the 30%) is payable in advance.
Said payment may be made via credit card, bank transfer or PayPal. In the latter case, an additional 4% fee should be added to the total advance payment. The booking shall not be deemed confirmed until receipt of the advance payment has been confirmed by Inside Barcelona.
The balance, as well any additional charges, are payable in cash or by credit card upon arrival of the guest at our office. In exceptional cases, such payment may also be made by bank transfer provided that (i) it is expressly authorised by Inside Barcelona, and (ii) the transfer is received one week prior to the guest’s arrival date.
If for any reason (including force majeure) the guest has to cancel their booking, either fully or partially, notice should be received no later than four weeks prior to the arrival date, in which case the advance payment will be returned in full.
If less advance notice is given, the advance payment will be withheld by Inside Barcelona as credit against any other booking made by the guest for other dates within a year of the originally confirmed dates. If the guest does not make another booking within the year, the credit will be finally forfeited.
The same conditions described above shall apply in this case.
Should Inside Barcelona, for any reason beyond their control, including force majeure, need to amend the conditions which apply to the confirmed reservation with the guest, Inside Barcelona shall notify the guest immediately. In the event that Inside Barcelona is unable to provide the apartment initially booked, an apartment of equal or higher standard to that booked shall be provided and in the same area. Should the rental cost of the apartment provided be higher than that of the apartment initially requested, the guest shall not be liable for the additional cost. However, should the apartment rental cost be lower than that of the apartment requested, Inside Barcelona shall refund the difference to the guest. Should Inside Barcelona and the guest be unable to reach an agreement with regard to the amendment of the reservation, Inside Barcelona shall return the entire sum paid by the guest, who shall not be entitled to claim any additional compensation.
Guests should provide the identification numbers of those occupying the apartment, including, should Inside Barcelona request, the full name, address, telephone and age of the same. Only persons listed on the reservation form may occupy the apartment. Animals and pets of any kind are not allowed in the apartments. Should Inside Barcelona or any representative of the same, detect a breach of the aforementioned conditions, Inside Barcelona reserves the right to demand that the guest vacate the apartment, in which case the guest waives any right to compensation or refund.
Guests may check-in from 3 pm. Should guests arrive prior to the check-in time and the apartment not be ready for occupancy, luggage may be stored in the office.
An additional charge of €25 applies to check-ins later than 9 pm and €40 if later than midnight. Guests must notify Inside Barcelona of their estimated time of arrival no later than two days prior to arrival. Should this information not be provided, Inside Barcelona accepts no responsibility for any ensuing delays or inconvenience caused to the client.
Guests are requested to vacate the apartment and remove their belongings before 12 pm on the day of departure, unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing.
Water and electricity supplies , as well as the use of the Internet connection, are included in the rental cost, unless expressly stated otherwise. In addition,customers are offered at their arrival a clean apartment, with sheets and towels, as well as a fully equipped kitchen and cooking facilities adapted to the number of people stated on the reservation. Reservations of 7 days or more have included in the price one cleaning service during the stay, including the change of sheets and towels
Inside Barcelona shall not be held responsible should the lift break down or for any other adverse circumstances beyond their control (power cuts, malfunctions in the air-conditioning system, etc.) However, Inside Barcelona will endeavour to ensure that any such incident is resolved as soon as possible. Should the guest have to vacate the apartment as a result of said problems, Inside Barcelona shall reimburse the guest with the sum corresponding to the number of days the guest does not occupy the apartment. Under no circumstances does Inside Barcelona accept any liability for any damage or injury to the client arising from their stay in the apartment, including theft and fire.
The guest is responsible for their own conduct and that of those accompanying them. Should the guest or a person accompanying them not behave in accordance with the standard code of conduct, Inside Barcelona reserves the right to demand that the guest vacate the apartment, in which case the guest waives any right to compensation or refund.
During your stay in the apartments (and beyond the boundaries of the apartments), the guest is responsible for all their personal belongings and valuables since Inside Barcelona does not accept liability in the event of theft or loss.
